Dr. Lau has emerged as a trailblazing oral surgeon committed to advancing the field. Graduating as valedictorian from San Leandro High School, he went on to achieve a B.S. in Biochemistry from UCLA, earning a place on the dean’s honor list. He continued his educational journey at UCLA School of Dentistry, obtaining his DDS degree.

Dr. Lau’s pursuit of excellence led him to New York City, where he completed dual oral and maxillofacial surgery internships at Montefiore Medical Center and Mount Sinai Hospital. This experience set the stage for his four-year residency at Allegheny Health Network, Pittsburgh, including a chief resident year. Under the tutelage of global experts, he mastered dental implants, sleep apnea surgery, and corrective jaw procedures.

A member of prestigious organizations like AAOMS and ACOMS, Dr. Lau’s surgical prowess spans dental implants, facial trauma revision, and more.
